Trust your intuition!

Intuition is a sense of KNOWING that comes from within… listen to it, it never fails you.  How does one know what it feels like?  If it is a positive feeling, more than likely you’ll feel a lightness in your stomach or heart, a feel good feeling.  If it is a negative feeling, you’ll feel a heaviness in your stomach or solar plexus area and sometimes in your heart.  It’s literally, that gut feeling that we get when we need to make a decision or a feeling that we get when walking into a room- if it feels light and airy, it’s a comfortable place to be and if it feels thick and you can feel the tension, it’s not a good place to be.  Sometimes, your head or over thinking may get in the way of your intuitive feelings- listen to and trust your gut feelings, from within, as listening from your head, may not give you the true answer that you are looking for.

If you are looking to find out more about how to better realize or increase your intuition, there are a number of books that you can read, audios that you can listen to, meditations to use, workshops and courses on intuition and/or psychic abilities, meet up groups, and becoming a Reiki practitioner.

Over the last year and a half, I’ve markedly increased my intuition and learned how to trust these feelings for my personal life and for my business.  I’ve done all of the above ways to learn and understand it more clearly, and continue to work on it.  For me, meditating, taking a psychic course, and becoming a Reiki practitioner has been a Godsend.  I am grateful and appreciate my colleagues Heather and Lisa from Serenity Grove Wellness Center and Cheryl from A Hand In Healing for their professionalism and time for working with me.  I highly recommend their services.
