Last year around this time, I entered into a 21 day challenge reciting positive and inspirational affirmations, receiving one each day.  Over the next 21 weeks, we will discuss each one, with the affirmation as the title.

I challenge you, now, into the New Year, to recite each affirmation daily for the week.  The more you repeat with positivity and assurance, the better outcome you will have!

Week 7: “I Use My Conscious Intention To Manifest My Dreams”

One of the most popular concepts in the field of personal development is the idea of using conscious intention to manifest your dreams.  What does this phrase actually mean and how can you apply it to your life?

The phrase “I use my conscious intention to manifest my dreams” implies that you have a clear vision of what you want to achieve, and that you align your thoughts, feelings, and actions with that vision.  It also suggests that you believe in the power of your mind to influence your reality, and that you trust the universe to support you in your endeavors.

Conscious intention is different from wishful thinking or passive hoping.  It requires active participation, commitment, and focus.  It means that you are aware of your purpose, your values, and your desires, and that you act in accordance with them.  It also means that you are open to receiving guidance, inspiration, and opportunities from the universe, and that you are ready to take action when they appear.

Manifesting your dreams is not a magical process that happens overnight.  It is a gradual and ongoing journey that involves learning, growing, and overcoming challenges.  It is not about forcing or manipulating outcomes, but about co-creating with the universe in a harmonious way. It is not about being attached to specific results, but about being flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.

To use your conscious intention to manifest your dreams, you need to follow some basic steps:

  • Define your vision. What do you want to achieve or experience in your life?  Be as specific and realistic as possible and write it down in present tense.
  • Identify your reasons. Why do you want this vision?  How will it benefit you and others? What are the positive emotions that you associate with it?
  • Affirm your intention. Repeat your vision statement aloud or silently every day, preferably in the morning and at night.  Use positive and empowering language, and avoid words like “want”, “need”, or “hope”.
  • Visualize your outcome. Imagine yourself living your vision as if it has already happened.  Use all your senses to make it vivid and realistic.  Feel the emotions that you would feel if it were true.
  • Take inspired action. Listen to your intuition and follow any signs or synchronicities that the universe sends you.  Take small steps every day that move you closer to your vision. Be proactive and persistent, but also flexible and patient.
  • Express gratitude. Appreciate what you already have and what you are working towards. Thank the universe for its support and guidance.  Celebrate your progress and achievements.
  • Trust the process. Believe that everything is working out for your highest good, even if you face obstacles or delays.  Don’t let fear or doubt stop you from pursuing your dreams. Know that the universe has your back.

By using your conscious intention to manifest your dreams, you can create a fulfilling and meaningful life that reflects who you are and what you love.  You can also inspire others to do the same, and contribute to the collective well-being of humanity.

Let me know how you do with this week’s challenge.

See you next week!
