Leadership!

Leadership is not a position or a title, it is action and example… leadership is progression from receiving knowledge over time and acting upon it.  Leaders gain experience from taking action and setting an example for others to follow.  They are accomplished.  They help others become leaders in their field of interest.  Leadership inspires motivation.  They know how to delegate without crossing the line of becoming a boss.  A boss often doesn’t use leadership skills, even though they think they are.  Bosses can be demanding without caring about the welfare of those receiving their orders and taking advantage of it.

It’s my goal to become a leader in my fields of interest- allowing me to help others gain experience, take action, and lead by example.  To take pride in their skills and abilities- sharing them with future leaders.  I guess that I am all ready doing that- sharing my knowledge and skills to others- helping small business owners, solo entrepreneurs, and singles achieve their goals and dreams.
