It’s a process. It’s a process. It’s a process. Change takes time… it’s been known to do something on a regular basis or to make a change, you have to do it for 21 days for it to become a habit… it’s a process. To make a lifestyle change, it takes time and there is also a process to follow and do.
As mentioned in several previous posts, it starts with who are you? What is your big WHY? Take the time to go deep within yourself to find these answers. The next step of the process is to write down your goals and dreams- not just what you’d like to have “just because”, but what you feel that your happiness will allow you to manifest. It’s not about wanting something that will bring you happiness, but what your happiness brings to you. For example- those who play the lotto are often saying “I’ll be happy when I win the jackpot.” It doesn’t work that way. If you are not happy now, there is no way that you will win the jackpot- the Law Of Attraction doesn’t work that way. When listing out your goals, it is also important to know why you want them. I highly recommend using Ti Caine’s Goal List. It covers the several facets of our life: Master Dream- this includes your past successes; Emotional Dream List- how you will feel when living your dream life; Relationship and Family Dream List- Your ideal loving relationship and family with specific qualities and activities; Career and Financial Dream List- your ideal career and financial goals; Social Dream List- friends, associates, community, social activities; Physical Dream List- your health, conditioning, nutrition; Mental Dream List- what you’d like to know, develop, and express; and Spiritual Dream List- spiritual, ethical and evolutionary state hat you desire. This, alone, will probably take a few weeks to do (at least it did for me). Have a burning desire to manifest your goals- starting from your short term goals and work through to your distant goals.
The next step of this process- going back to how you are feeling. You want to fell good right now and to continue to feel better. I realize that you’re not always going to feel great and you may have a down day, but don’t drown yourself in that, know and feel that you will feel better (with a positive attitude). Feeling, being, doing, and emoting positivity throughout the day, in itself, is a life changer. Not only is it affecting you in a positive way, but those that you see along your daily activities- they pick up on your positive vibrations, as does the environment. Consume a healthier diet- drink plenty of water daily, do your best to stay away from processed/packaged foods, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables (preferably organic/non GMOs). Be grateful and appreciative- keep a journal, if you wish, and write down what you were grateful for during the day (doing this at night before going to bed is a great habit to get in to) and be grateful and appreciative in the morning for your upcoming day. I use a mental journal- that works well for me- the intention is still there and is heard. Stay away from negative sources- the news on TV, paper, and online, family and “friends” telling you that you can’t or don’t support you. Find those that have what you want and that will support you. Stop making excuses and blaming others for your current situation- not growing up in the best of conditions, blaming the “economy”, the president, etc.- take responsibility for where you are, this can be difficult to understand at first, but will allow you to grow exponentially… again, it’s a process. It seems like a lot, but when done on a regular basis, in time, you don’t have to think about it, it comes automatically. Make the change for you and your future.
